Morgan Buscher, PCAM®
Founder and CEO
Morgan Buscher, PCAM®, has an extensive background in the Association Management industry. Graduating with her Professional Community Association Management (“PCAM”) in her early 20’s, Morgan was one of the youngest and earliest Association Managers to receive this professional distinction from the Community Association Management Institute. The PCAM® designation takes years to earn – and there are a very limited number of active PCAM designees in the State of Washington.
Prior to founding Legacy Management & Consulting, LLC, Morgan served as the Vice President of Operations for a national association management firm. In her role with that firm, she oversaw the operations of three offices in the Puget Sound region ensuring that all departments, including accounting, customer service, administrative, and a large team of property managers were able to work efficiently to provide the best possible service to their clients. During Morgan’s tenure with this firm she also served as a vital member of the organization’s national “best practices” committee.
Following her long tenure with that firm Morgan served as a consultant to another national Association Management company. Her role included supervising a large-scale community where she oversaw 50 employees, a golf course, and a restaurant located in that community. Additional consulting assignments have included operational audits and a variety of related services that were provided to communities throughout her years as a professional association manager.
In addition to her role as the CEO of Legacy Management & Consulting, LLC Morgan has a strong history of involvement with the Washington State chapter of the Community Associations Institute (“WSCAI”), including serving on the Board of Directors for multiple years including a tenure as WSCAI’s Vice President. She also served repeatedly as the chairperson of WSCAI’s CA-Day committee, beginning in the year 2000. This annual gathering is WSCAI’s largest event of the year. Morgan has been awarded numerous awards through her volunteer work with WSCAI including volunteer of the year and outstanding volunteer nine consecutive years in a row.
Over the course of her 25 years of professional leadership in this industry Morgan has grown to fully understand that association management is all about relationships. Whether with co-workers, vendors, homeowners, or association board members, relationships are and always have been Morgan’s top priority.
